Minutes
Minutes are the formal record of each ordinary, annual and extraordinary meeting of the Council, and must be signed by the person presiding at that or the next meeting of the Council, whereupon they may be received in evidence without further proof.
In practice draft minutes are published as soon as possible following the relevant meeting of the Council, for any necessary amendment as to accuracy, approval and signing at the next meeting of the Council, following which the approved minutes only are retained and published.
